The public inquiry is the second last stage in the approval process for Moroccan draft standards. To this end, and in order to ensure that the draft standards adopted by the Standardization Commissions correspond to the general interest, a broad consultation (public inquiry of 1 to 3 months) is launched with all stakeholders involved, in accordance with Law No. 12-06 on standardization, certification and accreditation and in particular Article 27 thereof.
Economic operators are therefore required to submit their comments and observations before the closing date mentioned in the list of draft standards submitted to the public inquiry.
