As part of the proceedings of the Moroccan-Indian Joint Commission, the National Office of Food Safety (ONSSA) signed, on 24 August 2026 in Rabat, a Memorandum of Understanding with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Abdelghni AZZI, Acting Director General of ONSSA, and H.E. Mr. Sanjay RANA, Ambassador of India to Morocco.
This partnership aims to strengthen institutional and technical cooperation through the exchange of information, expertise and good practices in the field of food safety, as well as to promote exchanges between experts from the two authorities
