On April 9, 2026, the ONSSA Regional Directorate of Casablanca–Settat organized an awareness day at the Ain Jemaa Zoopole in Casablanca for agri-food cooperatives under the theme: “Sanitary authorization, a key lever for the promotion and marketing of cooperative products”.
The event brought together more than 150 participants, including 75 cooperatives, as well as representatives of public administrations and institutions. This initiative forms part of ONSSA’s efforts to support
cooperatives in achieving compliance with regulatory requirements through presentations on the legal framework, sanitary authorization procedures, technical and hygiene requirements, and good practices.
