The Regional Directorate of the National Office for Sanitary Safety of Food Products (ONSSA) of the region of Fez-Boulemane-Taza-Hoceima-Taounate organized, Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at the convention center of the craft complex in Fez, a day of awareness and information for the benefit of agri-food professionals under the theme “procedure for granting authorization and sanitary approvals to agri-food establishments: between sanitary requirements and technical support».

This meeting, which was attended by around 170 agri-food professionals, was an opportunity to recall in particular the missions of the office, to give an overview of Law 28-07 relating to the safety of food products and to present the procedures for granting authorization or sanitary approvals to agri-food establishments.

This event, which is part of the awareness and communication actions undertaken by ONSSA for the benefit of operators and professionals, aims to upgrade the health of companies in the agri-food sector.
