The National Office of Food Safety “ONSSA”, represented by its Regional Directorate of Casablanca – Settat, participated in the 9th edition of the International Exhibition of Cereal Industries “Grain and Milling Expo”, organized under the theme “Food sovereignty: The case of cereals”, on October 4 & 5 2023 in Casablanca.
ONSSA also took part in the scientific program on the sidelines of the exhibition, notably through a presentation on the theme of “Cereal derived products, flour, couscous and pasta: Quality and food safety requirements”.
