Morocco, represented by ONSSA, has been elected as a member of the Executive Committee of the Codex Alimentarius Commission. This election took place during the 46th session of the commission held in Rome from 27 November to 02 December 2023. The Moroccan delegation consists of representatives from the Permanent Moroccan Delegation in Rome and from the ONSSA.
This election confirms Morocco’s commitment to food safety and consolidates its position as a key player in the development of international standards in this field.
