The plans for the monitoring of veterinary drug residues and environmental contaminants in animal and animal products currently implemented by the National Food Safety Office concern:
Molecules sought
– Group A substances: prohibited substances (chloramphenicol)
– Group B substances: antibacterial substances B1, organochlorine substances B3a, heavy metals B3c, mycotoxins B3d, dye B3e
Target Substances: Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, PAHs, indicator PCBs
