The National Office for Sanitary Safety of Food Products (ONSSA) held its management review for the year 2013 on December 21, 2013 in Casablanca.

This management review, which was chaired by the Director General of ONSSA and in which the central directors, regional directors and process pilots took part, made it possible to evaluate the quality management system put in place, to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with international normative requirements and the operational objectives set.

During this review, the various pilots of the processes presented the monitoring and evaluation of their dashboards and highlighted the non-conformities noted during the implementation, at the national level, of the activities relating to their processes.

The meeting was closed by the General Manager who read the recommendations and the improvement action plan for 2014.
